Production Facility

The new high-tech complex of "Hydrostroy" AD in Topoli village. Varna Municipality with area of 17 000 m² consists of an automatic production line for vibropressed concrete elements of different sizes and production capacity of 1000 pieces per hour, a concrete plant with a production capacity of 100 m3 per hour and a workshop for the manufacture of products from plastic concrete.

Production of vibropressed products

In 2011 in the production facility of "Hydrostroy" AD was built and commissioned a pre-cast concrete plant of the Italian company Form Imianti SPA. It is a fully automatic production line for stationary vibropressed concrete elements, meeting all European standards. The production line includes charging systems, batching systems, mixers with capacity of  0,250m³ and 1,5m³, conveyors of ready mixed concrete, line vibropress, automatic transport system to the drying chamber, robot palletizing and packaging line. The vibropress FI 1200 of Form Impianti, that is the largest in its class, is with a productivity capacity for pavements up to 1500 sq.m, hollow blocks up to 15 000 pieces. and curbs up to 7000 pieces. for eight working hours. The plant can produce products with length of 1050 mm, width of 1050 mm and height from 40 to 400 mm. They can be either with a standard flat surface or with a washed textured surface Due to the installation for colouring with liquid paints, allowing mixing of numerous combinations; the products can be produced in more than 1 million colours. Another option is the so-called multi-coloured rainbow technology. At these products the top wear resistant layer consists of two colours shading into each other.

The vibropressed products range consists of five product subgroups:

– curbs - A wide variety of curbs are offered with different shapes and thicknesses: 50/35/18, 50/30/18, 50/25/18, 50/25/15, 50/16/8 are offered. All of them are vertically vibropressed with a surface layer and a groove for easy installation. In this product range is also included the leading strip with sizes 50/25/10.

– sidewalk tiles – with sizes 30/30/5, 30/30/4, 40/40/5 and 40/40/4  and various embossed surfaces.

– sidewalk paving blocks - A wide variety of sidewalk paving blocks with different sizes from the standard ones CUBE, RECTANGLE, SQUARE, DOUBLE "T" to  the extravagant UNI, DIAMOND AND WEDGE. 

– parking lot tiles - standard type of parking lot grids with sizes 40/40/10 and 60/40/10 is offered

– concrete slabs – they are available with thicknesses of 15 and 20 cm with elements for off-form casting of columns for 15 cm.

The high-tech method of production and the high quality components allow the manufactured products to reach the highest levels of quality.
The company dispose of an own  warehouse and maintains constant amounts which, together with the provided transport and fast growing distribution network ensures fast service and short delivery terms.

 

Production of concrete mixtures

The concrete plant of "Hydrostroy" AD is specialized and certified in the production of various types of mixed concrete and cement-sand mortars for use in foundations, pavements, roads, solid buildings, floor coverings and plasters. The following types of concrete are offered:

1. According to the compressive class strength: C8/10, C12/15, C16/20, C20/25, C25/30, C30/37, C35/45 and C40/50;
2. According to the texture: S1, S2 and S3;
3. According to water permeability resistance class: Cw 0.6, Cw 0,8 and Cw 1,0;
4. According to the resistance to cold: Cfr 100, Cfr 150 and Cfr 200.

The production installation has a mixer of the leading Italian company Sicoma with a capacity of 2m3 capacity and productivity of 100m³ / h.

 

 

Production elements of plastic concrete

In the production facility of company "Hydrostroy" AD are manufactured handmade products from plastic concrete / concrete and reinforced concrete / in plastic and metal moulds.
